The book of Nicodemis states that Jesus, now in Christ form, descended into hell and walked through the place because Christ owned it. There was no fight. Christ released many or all and carried them away. This story is outside the bible. So yes, God creates a closed system of our realm, or some actual beings did, and God proclaimed its mastery and said no, no, no. The fallen are a good example of powerful beings but not even close to God.

I do not use he or him terms for Christ or God. Jesus was a man born with full access to Christ. Every living thing has Christ within, but the doorway is closed in most humans because their lives are to find the key to opening it; the key is to become enlightened, the end of all suffering, or to be born with full access like Jesus was.

My usage of biblical names is just easier for me.

My Taoist and Buddhist studies allowed me to verify the birth of our powerful savior, which is the time the star of David appeared in the sky. The who is not exact except that a powerful being was born under it. The order for men to travel and find this being was a Taoist one. Other tribes and peoples had observatories. The Taoist ones do not require looking up like in Kung Fu Panda.
